1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date, under the following conditions:
– Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging
– A receipt or proof of purchase is required
– Products must not show signs of wear, modification, or damage
– Certain products may be non-returnable, including:
– Electrical components
– Custom or made-to-order items
– Clearance or final sale products

2. Return Shipping
– Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or shipped incorrectly
– We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance
– We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved:
– A refund will be issued to your original payment method
– Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
4. Exchanges

5. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not already been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately to request a cancellation.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

– Include your order number and photos of the damaged or incorrect items
– We will send a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the issue
7. Restocking Fee
A 25% restocking fee may apply to certain returned items, especially large or custom orders. We will notify you in advance if this applies.
